Dr. Neil Odom graduated from the University of Gerogia with a Bachelor of Science in Genetics in 2002, where he was honored with a membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Society.  He completed medical school at the Medical College of Georgia where he participated in reproductive genetics research.  He chose the University of Tennessee, Memphis for residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology and during his final year served as administrative cheif resident.  During his residency he continued to participate in research involving reproductive and developmental genetics and upon graduation received the Excellence in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility award along with the Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures award. 

He is a board eligible member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the Memphis OB/GYN Society.  Dr. Odom's medical interests include basic reproductive and endocrinology and infertility, general obstetrics and gynecology, and minimally invasive surgery.  Dr. Odom enjoys teaching and will continue to participate in residency training as a clinical faculty member for the University of Tennessee, Memphis.

During his time away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, a genetic counselor at St. Jude, and his son Ben.
