WELL WOMAN CARE A yearly examination will include but is not limited to a breast exam, pap smear, and possible bloodwork. If you have Medicare, check with them regarding how often they will cover a pap smear, usually every two years, although your doctor may still want to see you yearly for a breast and pelvic exam.
